Description

Traditional 6- bedroom villa situated in Encosta do Lago, in Quinta do Lago with private kidney-shaped swimming pool, including children’s pool and a mature and manicured garden.

On entering the villa is the large central atrium supplying light to the living and dining areas through the large windows and providing a wonderful ‘indoor garden’ aspect. The entrance hall leads into the spacious and bright air conditioned living area with wooden ceilings, chandeliers and flatscreen television with several English channels. The living area has doors that open onto a terrace overlooking the pool from which you can access the pool area via some steps. The terrace is comfortably furnished with outdoor seating. From the living area, the dining area can be accessed up a few steps where the large glass windows look into the internal garden and bring in natural light. There is a large extendable table that can seat 12 people, above which you will find wooden ceiling with warm lighting for evening meals.

Good sized kitchen that is well equipped with appliances and equipment and has an central island with hob. Next to the kitchen is a pantry which adds good storage space.

Downstairs you will find the games room which features a central fireplace, sofas and armchairs and a pool table and tennis table. Also in the basement is a utility room equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer.

All of the bedrooms are air conditioned apart from the basement bedroom which has a fan.

Outside is the mature Mediterranean style garden with a variety of plants and trees. The kidney-shaped pool is approximately 9m x 5m with a maximum depth of 2.2m and features a small shallow round pool suitable for younger children. There are plenty of sun loungers available and wooden deck with dining table seating 10 covered by a pergola, perfect for alfresco lunches by the pool. A built-in charcoal BBQ is close by.

Quinta do Lago lake is also within walking distance from the villa where you will find watersports and the delightful Casa do Lago and Shack restaurants.

There is parking in front of the villa for 2 or more cars.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
