Description

This fantastic, rustic 5-bedroom villa is situated on the back of the 9th hole of the well-known San Lorenzo Golf Course with only a 15-minute walk from the beach and lake.

Upon entering the villa, you will be met by quality and class.
The lounge area offers comfortable seating, a marble fireplace and a big wooden coffee table.
The dining area adjoining the lounge area has a large rustic dining table and patio doors leading out to a terrace.

The spacious fully fitted kitchen is generously equipped with all modern appliances and cooking utensils. At the end of the kitchen there is a breakfast bar seating 4 people and a comfortable sofa facing the double patio doors.

On the same floor you will find the master and second bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outside terraces.

The remaining 3 en-suite bedrooms are located on the lower floor. On the lower floor you will also find the entertainment area which has a cinema area with a corner sofa and a large flat screen TV, a foosball table and exercise machines.

The lounge, dining room and kitchen all have access to the al-fresco terraces and pool area which is just a few steps down.
By the pool you will find a built-in barbeque and sun loungers places around the pool terrace.
A few steps down from the pool terrace is a large lawn surrounded by mature trees and lovely nature.

The villa has air conditioning throughout.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
