Fully fitted kitchen which includes an American style fridge freezer, range cooker, microwave, island preparation area and seating. There is a separate laundry room.
On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and two with terraces. One of these bedrooms is next to the laundry room.
The first floor comprises a master suite with a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and dressing area with private south facing terrace.
Also on the first floor, are a further three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The property also benefits from a gymnasium, private tennis court, 12 x 6m kidney shaped swimming pool, WIFI internet access, air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the dining room, maid service 5 x per week excluding weekends and bank holidays.
