This beautiful property is in Quinta do Lago a lovely short walk to Quinta lake side with its choice of restaurants also a 10-minute walk to the footbridge which takes you to the beach of Quinta do logo, a beautiful white sand beach, so this villa is in a perfect location to enjoy your holidays.This is an elegant four-bedroom villa surrounded by a large and beautiful garden, located in the prestigious Quinta do Lago development, the villa is very light and open, giving a relaxed spacious feel.
As you enter this lovely property you firstly come into the large entrance hall which offers you a guest cloakroom, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, American style fridge and more. There is also a large breakfast area and a TV.
Following on from the kitchen is the living and dining room area, leading onto the ground floor and first floor bedrooms.
The accommodation on the ground floor comprises one en suite double or twin bedroom as the bed is a sofa that can be converted into a double bed or into two twin beds. Also on the same floor there is an en suite twin bedroom with sliding doors to the pool terrace.
On the first floor there are two more double en suite bedrooms, one is the master bedroom which has a dressing area.
The villa benefits from a large lounge with dining area and doors opening into another separate sitting room with cable TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors from both sitting room open into the covered terrace with furniture for outdoor meals and relaxing around the pool area.
Air conditioning is available at an extra charge.
