Description

This luxurious 7-bedroom villa is situated in a quiet and tranquil area of the prestigious Quinta do Lago. It is in the perfect location as a retreat for the whole family or a golf holiday as it backs onto San Lorenzo golf course. It is equipped to the highest standard for 14 people to enjoy their time to the fullest in its own secure grounds. Whilst it is in a quiet location, the villa benefits from a wide range of renowned restaurants, bars, golden sandy beaches, tennis courts, golf courses and the fashionable Quinta Shopping Centre, all of which are a short drive away.

The 7 large bedrooms are decorated individually, however all offer the same amount of tranquillity for the perfect sleep. Each room has a TV and en-suite bathrooms with his and her sinks, heated towel rails and a large shower. The master bedroom has its own private TV room overlooking the gardens and a vast en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.

The modern fully equipped kitchen provides a breakfast bar with plenty of storage space, modern appliances including 2 ovens, 2 wine fridges, a Miele coffee machine, a large Trauslen fridge/freezer and an imperial steam oven. It overlooks the pool and garden area and incorporates stylish granite tops and wooden fixtures.

There is a large lounge and formal dining area for the whole family with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and landscaped garden also. The villa features a high tech controlled surround sound, air conditioning, underfloor heating, up lighting throughout the villa creating a contemporary and indulgent atmosphere, as well as a CCTV system to ensure safety is not compromised.

The outside of the villa is just as luxurious as the interior. The garden area has several seating and lawned areas to enjoy the Algarve sunshine in a serene setting. Alternatively, you can enjoy the large swimming pool or watch the sunset go down in the jacuzzi. There is a fantastic covered BBQ area for all to enjoy either creating your own banquet or hiring a professional catering team. If you want a change of scenery the villa is in a prime location within walking distance of the beach.

Other amenities include, table tennis, pool table, beach towels, hair dryers, satellite UK TV, central heating, secure parking and underfloor heating.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
