Description
Traditional 4 + 1 bedroom villa set on a large plot in Sao Lourenco with views over the lake.The entrance hall, with double height ceilings, leads to a spacious living room with two seating areas. The first boasts a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and TV and the other has a sofa, chairs, feature fireplace and doors to the terrace.
Adjacent to this room is the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with American fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and much more. There is a central island, breakfast/dining table seating 6 and doors to the garden.
The bedrooms are located on the first floor of the property. To the left there are two bedrooms, the first is a double and the second is a twin which can be converted to a double. Each room has a small balcony and they share a bathroom.
The right of the first floor hallway there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The final room is the spacious master suite with four-poster double bed and private terrace with lovely views.
There is an additional room on the lower level, it has twin beds and a separate shower room with sauna.
Also located on the lower level there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A large entertainment room boasts a seating area with TV, pool table and table football.
Outside, the large terrace located off the living area has varies seating areas, a covered outdoor kitchen and a dining table for alfresco dining.
Down a set of steps you have the pool terrace, here there is a large private pool with shallow area and outdoor shower. There are sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols available and lovely views of the lake.
