The villa is a perfect balance of traditional and modern design with fully refurbished interior boasting stunning modern fittings and beautiful décor.

An entrance hall leads you through to the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar along with an open plan dining area. There is also a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, gas fire place and Lazer TV along with access to the garden.

Also on this floor is a fully equipped laundry room and small gym.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both twin bedrooms with the option to turn into doubles. These bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and exterior access.

On the first floor are the remaining 2 bedrooms, the master has a double bed, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite with separate shower and bath and a large balcony with seating area. The second bedroom has a double bed and ensuite with separate bath and shower.

Outside there is a comfortable alfresco dining area next to the gas bbq and 2 extra fridges. The private pool is surrounded by 4 sun loungers and large umbrellas for shade. There are also various comfortable seating areas and chill out spots. New to 2023 you will also find a Petanque court!

The high set, east facing position provides expansive views over the surrounding countryside.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
