Villa in Quinta do Lago, situated in the Monte Golfe area surrounded by large landscaped gardens with beautiful rockery and private swimming pool. The villa is built around a central garden which features a banana plant, a unique feature of the villa.

The villa is built over two floors with the entrance on the ground floor and entrance hall leading into the split level living-dining room. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, fireplace and Cable T.V. with patio doors that open onto the garden and pool area. The dining area is up two steps up from the living area. The kitchen faces the indoor garden and is fully equipped with usual appliances and breakfast area.

Also on the ground floor are two twin bedrooms with air conditioning that share a bathroom.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where the master double bedroom is located with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

Outside is a large terraced with pergola and covered terrace. There is a built-in BBQ and dining area that is perfect for outdoor dining. The pool is approximately 10x4m with roman steps. The pool is surrounded by terrace and lawn with beautiful colourful plants and a rockery.

Air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and living area. Maid service five time per week.

Air conditioning is available at an extra charge.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
