We are pleased to offer you this beautiful large villa in the prestigious location in Quinta Do Lago, a short drive from the glorious beaches, smart shopping centres and entertainment.

You will not be disappointed with the Interior space which is in plentiful supply here, this is a modern contemporary villa, with a gorgeous, light-flooded living room whose full-height glass doors warmly welcome the outdoors inside.

This villa is perfect for the socialising, you can enjoy the large wrap-around terrace with plenty of space for you to have dining and cocktail parties whilst soaking up the hot rays of the Portuguese sun.

As you are enjoying soaking up the sun, your eyes will always be drawn to the lovely view of lawns, trees and greenery - made even more vivid when seen under tranquil blue skies.

Leading to the inside of this beautiful property there is an entrance hall leads to the ground floor accommodation and the comfortable living room has a fireplace and spacious dining area. Downstairs there is a cloakroom whilst upstairs, there is a TV room.

There is a fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer etc.
Bedrooms, too, benefit from outdoor rooms under the sky, with terraces and balconies effortlessly blurring the border between al fresco and indoor living. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a shower room. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with an en suite bathrooms.

There are three sets of patio doors form the lounge, giving access to the large semi-covered terrace and the lawn beyond, a portable gas BBQ and a rectangle infinity pool (12mx5m) which can be heated upon request.

Maid service five days per week (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays) AC is available at an additional cost.

Fresh towels twice per week and fresh linen once per week.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
