The property boasts an spacious living room with sofas, TV, breakfast table and doors to the garden. There is a second, sunken seating area/reading corner with fireplace. Adjacent is the dining area with table and chairs seating 8. From here you can access to traditional yet well equipped kitchen.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. Three of which are located on the ground floor. Bedroom one is twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and doors to the pool terrace. Please note this bedroom does not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan.
Bedroom two is also a twin and bedroom three is a double, these rooms share access to a family bathroom.
The final bedroom is located on the first floor. This is the spacious master bedroom with king size bed, en-suite and private balcony with golf views.
Outside, the terrace boasts a large private pool with sun loungers as well as a dining area and gas BBQ. Furthermore, steps lead to a lawned garden overlooking the golf course.
