Spacious living-dining room with open fireplace, cable TV, video and sound system. There is a dining suite to seat 4. Large patio doors open onto a covered terrace with patio furniture at the rear. The patio leads into the communal garden area which offers both shaded and open space for sun-bathing.
There is one double bedroom with fitted mirrored wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto the gardens. The second bedroom at the front of the property has twin beds, fitted mirrored wardrobes and separate shower room. Newly refurbished fully fitted and well equipped kitchen including microwave and serving hatch to dining area.
Air-conditioning/heating included in the price excluding low season where a supplement of £100 is payable. There is a portable BBQ. Use of all Dunas Douradas facilities including communal pool, tennis courts (small fee payable), 24 hour security patrol and central reception facility. Maid service 2 times per week.
