Description

This spacious townhouse with plunge pool is located in the resort of Dunas Douradas, close to the beach and famous golf courses.

On the ground floor the entrance hall leads through to a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with gas/electric hob, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The lounge/dining area has a lovely open fireplace and dining table. The property is fitted with cable television in the living room. From this room there are patio doors that lead out to the pool terrace.

This floor has a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and patio doors to leading to the terrace. There is also a adjacent shower room.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom, with kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the terrace and staircase that leads down to pool.

Also on the first floor is a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a"Juliette" balcony. From this balcony there are stairs leading up to a private south facing roof terrace.

The garden has a kidney shaped plunge pool, a terrace and BBQ area.

WIFI internet access available.

Maid service included once per week.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
