Outside you will also find the swimming pool (7m x 4m) with sun loungers for those that adore soaking up the sun. The dining area is connected to the living area with seating for 6. The kitchen is situated off the small hall and is well equipped with modern appliances, including Nespresso coffee machine and with a serving hatch to the dining area and door to the garden.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors that open to the garden area.
On the first floor is the second bedroom, a spacious twin with en-suite shower room and access through sliding doors to a terrace.
