Description

4 bedroom villa on a large hilltop plot in Quinta das Raposeiras.

The open plan living space comprises of a living room with sofas and TV, as well as a further living area with chairs, fireplace and doors to the terrace.
From here you have the kitchen/dining area with wooden table and chairs seating 8. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a central island/breakfast bar with built in wine cooler.
Also on the ground floor there is a converted garage with gym and music equipment including a drum set.
Finally there is the first bedroom with en-suite.

The first floor hosts a further two bedrooms. The first of which is the master double with en-suite and private terrace. The second room is also a double en-suite room.

The final bedroom is located in the annex on the ground floor with separate access. This room has a double bed, kitchenette, living area and shower room.

Outside, the villa offers multiple areas to explore. The covered terrace located off the living areas has seating, a dining table and outdoor kitchen for alfresco dining. There is a further patio with seating and hammock.
The private salt water pool has two partially sunken sun loungers and the pool is surrounded by further loungers.
The landscaped gardens have ample paths to explore, there is even a boules area, golf practice net and table tennis table.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
