On entering the property grounds there is an extensive front lawn and driveway which lead to the entrance of the villa and a 2-car carport.
The ground floor hosts a spacious living room, separated into two areas: the lounge with sofas and TV and the sitting room with chairs and desk. Doors lead out to the terrace with large outdoor dining table and outdoor sofa set.
The modern and well-equipped kitchen is adjacent and features a central island.
Also located on this level is a guest w/c and the first double bedroom suite.
The first floor boasts a further two bedrooms. The first is the master double with en-suite and private terrace. The second room is also a double with en-suite and views over the pool and countryside beyond.
On the lower level you have the final three bedrooms. Each has a double bed and access to the terrace. These rooms share access to two bathrooms/shower rooms.
Outside, the lower terrace has a good sized private pool with shallow area for children. There are 8 sun loungers and a covered seating area – the perfect place to take in the view.
