In entering the villa there is an open plan, living/dining room with sofas, fireplace, TV, doors to the terrace and two dining tables seating a total of 12 guests.
Adjacent to this room is the fully equipped kitchen and a separate laundry room.

Also on the ground floor there are two bedrooms. The first of which is a double room with additional sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. The second room is also a double with en-suite bathroom.

The first floor hosts the final two bedrooms, these are both twin rooms with access to spacious first floor terraces. These rooms share access to a family bathroom.

Outside there is a covered terrace located off the living room, it has a dining table and 8 chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a brick built BBQ.
The private pool measures 8m by 4m and has roman steps, there are 8 sun loungers which surround the pool as well as an outdoor sofa set and parasols.

Furthermore the garage has recently been coverted to a games room and boasts a table tennis table and pool table.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.
