An entertainment room with pool table, table tennis and dart board is located on the lower level. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer
Outside, the upper terrace has an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. From here there is a lawned garden with covered BBQ area.
The lower terrace hosts the private pool with step entry, 4 sun loungers and a parasol.
