The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a 5 ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and American fridge freezer with ice machine. This room also features a breakfast table and doors to a charming patio with further seating, BBQ, sink and preparation area.
There is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bedrooms one and two are located on the ground the floor. The first is a twin (which can be prepared as double) with dressing area, en-suite shower room and doors to the terrace.
The second bedroom on this level is a twin room with en-suite shower room. There is an additional guest w/c on this floor.
Upstairs, the hall with seating area leads to the remaining two bedrooms. The first is a spacious double room with full en-suite bathroom with double vanities and access to a terrace.
The final room is the master double with flat screen TV, seating area, full en-suite with double vanities and access to a large terrace.
The villa is set on a large plot with various areas to enjoy and explore. The main terrace offers a private pool with roman steps, outdoor shower and ample sun loungers. Two covered terrace boast seating and dining areas as well as a table football table.
Beautiful lawned gardens with mature shrubs lead to a private pond.
