Description

Upstairs, you have the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath along with direct access to the roof terrace. There is also a twin room on this floor (can be made into double), which also has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the roof terrace.
The studio apartment has a queen size bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, separate entrance, small living room and kitchenette and patio with sea view.
The guesthouse has twin beds (can be made into a double), air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, separate entrance, small living room and open plan kitchen along with a patio with sea view.
The outdoor areas of the property are perfect for entertaining, with a full alfresco kitchen, dining terraces, plenty of chillout spots, huge swimming pool (heatable at extra cost), outdoor sound system and stunning ocean views.
Two beaches are within walking distance of the villa, giving you the choice between Lia Beach with the buzzy Liasti Beach Club or the more natural beach of Tsangari Cove. There are also various villages within a short drive of the property.
