4 bedroom beachfront villa in Gibbs, St PeterOn entering the villa there is a comfortable living room with two seating areas, one of which has a TV. This room has multiple doors out to the covered terrace where you have dining and seating areas boasting sea views.
There is a well equipped kitchen with adjacent dining room.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, the first of which is located on the ground floor. The remaining three are on the first floor, two of these – including the master- share access to a large terrace with sea views.
All bedrooms have air conditioning, en-suite bathroom/shower rooms and terraces.
Outside the private pool is surrounded by small lawned areas with sun loungers. A set of steps take you directly down to the beach.
Staff include:
Housekeeper/Laundress – 6 days per week in summer, 7 days per week in winter
Chef – 6 days per week in summer, 7 days per week in winter. 3 meals per day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner
Nightwatchman – winter only, 7 days per week
