4 bedroom beachfront villa in St Peter.On entering the villa via the hallway you have access to the drawing room, comprising of mahogany tables, antique rugs and ample seating areas as well as a unique nook with wall fountain. This leads room leads through to the covered terrace with further seating area, large dining table and bar. All of which open out to the pool and gardens.
The well equipped kitchen is also located on the ground level.
There are a total of 4 spacious bedrooms. 2 of which are on the ground floor. The first a double and the second a twin, each featuring an en-suite bathroom.
The first floor offers the final 2 bedrooms, the first of these is a double suite and the second is the master suite with access to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and ocean.
Furthermore, on this level there is an entertainment room.
Outside the private pool is the perfect place for cooling off or relaxing on the loungers. If you wanted to head down to the beach, simply follow the footpath to the end of the garden.
