The open plan kitchen is well equipped and leads on the the living and dining area which flow perfectly out the garden space.
There are three bedrooms at the property, all with ensuite bathrooms and one which can be made up as a twin or double. The other two bedrooms have king-size beds. There is also an office area on the first floor with sofa, TV, fax and printer.
Outside you have a covered chill out area along with a dining table for alfresco meals and private garden. The large communal pool is surrounded by loungers and lush gardens, along with gazebos and a beach area, perfect for relaxing the day away.
The development is a short walk to the wonderful Gibbs Beach.
