Description
This superb two-bedroom detached villa is ideally located in the Pavilion Grove community with just five other villas. A short walk away is the beach shared by the Lone Star Restaurant, Ju Ju’s Beach Bar, and the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. This boutique gated community includes electric gates and Pavilion Grove is easily accessible with assigned parking.To the front of the villa is a beautiful, covered terrace with seating areas.
Inside, the high vaulted ceilings and simple but stylish décor create a welcoming space. The comfortable living area flows through to the open plan kitchen.
There are two bedrooms located off the main living area. Both have king size beds, air conditioning, ceiling fans and ensuite bathrooms.
Sliding doors lead out to the private sun deck with a plunge pool, loungers, dining area and BBQ.
An ideal villa within walking distance of the beach and a few minutes’ drive from Holetown. The villa comes complete with housekeeping, fast-speed wireless internet, cable TV, and beach towels.
