Description
This truly wonderful three storey property has 9 bedrooms, sleeping up to 18 guests and is located on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate in St James.The main entrance of the villa flows seamlessly into the formal living area, with a large spacious kitchen to the left along with a beautiful dining area. The open-plan layout creates a spacious feel and large doors lead out to the vast, partly covered terrace with seating and relaxing areas offering wonderful garden views.
The lower level of the villa is the place for entertaining! There is an additional open plan living room with a bar area, Karaoke machine and a games table. The games table can be used for pool, table tennis and roulette. There is also an air-conditioned home theatre, a small kitchen and a fitness room.
The 9 spacious bedroom all include air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs and ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the top floor of the villa and features and four-poster bed along with a large private terrace. There are four bedrooms located on the main floor, two with king-size beds and two twin rooms. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the lower level.
From the lower level, French doors lead out to a covered terrace with BBQ and alfresco dining area. This flows out to the large swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by landscaped lawns and tropical gardens.
Guests have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club facility at the nearby Sandy Lane beach and staff at the villa include a chef, butler and housekeeper.
