Entering through large double doors you find the grand entrance hall with high ceilings leading to the spacious family room which spreads across the entire back of the house. Here you have a comfortable seating and TV area, along with a pool table, piano and bar area.

The open-plan kitchen has vibrant cobalt blue accents and luxurious granite work surfaces and central island, perfect for allowing your chef to cook up a feast.

The formal dining room is a great place for a dinner party with large mahogany dining table to seat 12, bright furnishings and beautiful artwork.

The property boasts five beautiful bedrooms, including two luxurious master suites and 8 bathrooms. Every bedroom is thoughtfully designed with high standard amenities such as flat-screen TVs, air conditioning, and ensuite bathrooms. The first bedroom, conveniently located on the lower level, features a king-size bed with ‘his and her’ bathrooms, while the remaining bedrooms can be accessed via the grand staircase leading to the second level. Here you have two more king rooms, a room that can be a twin or double and the final room with two queen size beds. All suites offer ensuite bathrooms with showers, while the two master bedrooms also boast the added luxury of hot tubs.

The outdoor area of this property is an impressive space. The covered terrace includes fantastic lounging areas with stunning sea views and an alfresco dining area. The terrace leads down to the impressive 50ft infinity pool which is surrounded by loungers, seating areas and tropical gardens.

Guests have access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Owners Beach, a private and gated beach club.

Staff include personal chef, housekeeper, laundress, and gardener.
