Description
This stunning villa sits on the exclusive Calijanda Estate Ridge with beautiful sea views and a constant cooling breeze.Upon entering through large electric gates you will be welcomed into your very own Caribbean paradise. Once through the arched villa entrance you are met with a grand reception room and beautiful ocean views.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with comfortable seating areas, luxurious furniture, quality décor and doors leading outside, giving it a bright and airy feel. Also on this floor is the cosy TV room, with plenty of books for those wanting to unwind. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen along with a dining room for enjoying family meals and an adjacent BBQ area. There is also a gym on this floor with free weights and cardio equipment.
There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, all with ensuite bathrooms and all are easily accessed from the pool and outdoor spaces. Upstairs, you will find the fantastic master suite. This room boasts his and hers bathrooms, a dressing room, and a large double bed, perfectly positioned to enjoy amazing sea views. The master suite also enjoys its own private terrace overlooking the pool and ocean, perfect for experiencing the Caribbean sunsets.
Outside is the hub of the home with a covered terrace providing a lounge area and large bar with tall stools, a space for relaxing and socializing with family and friends in front of those wonderful sea views. The huge pool is surrounded by tropical plants and luxury sun loungers.
The amenities of Holetown are just 5 minutes away by car and guests have the benefit of private beach access at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel.
The villa comes compete with housekeeping, beach towels, fast speed internet and cable TV. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, AC and ensuite bathrooms.
