Exclusive beachfront penthouse apartment on the west coast of Barbados sleeping 8 people.

On entering the apartment you are greeted by vaulted ceilings, exquisite marble floors, and state-of-the-art facilities.

There is a large fully fitted kitchen providing everything you will need for your stay. Cook for yourself or let the chef create something for you!

The living area features beautiful furnishings, classic artwork and stylish décor and is a place of relaxation with large sofas and a round dining table. This room flows smoothly out to the 60ft terrace via large sliding doors. The terrace itself is an exceptional space featuring lounging areas and an alfresco dining table overlooking beautiful sea views. Italian sun loungers line the front of the terrace and you also have a private jacuzzi pool to relax and unwind.

Back inside, there are four large air-conditioned bedrooms, three of the bedrooms have king size beds, while one of the bedrooms has two twin beds which can be made into a king. All bedrooms include a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, and three of the rooms also have a bath. There is also a well equipped media room just off the living area.

Located on the pristine shores of Paynes Bay Beach, you’ll have direct access to one of the island’s most coveted sandy stretches. Restaurants, nightlife, shops, spas, and golf just moments away.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
