This beautiful modern villa is located in a gated community close to the beach in St James.Inside, the open plan layout gives the villa a bright and spacious atmosphere and the modern furnishings create a luxurious but homely environment. The state of the art kitchen provides you with everything you will need to create fantastic meals, along with a breakfast bar for a morning coffee. The living and dining area is the perfect space to relax in front on the TV or entertain guests.
There are three bedrooms at the property, all elegantly furnished with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The master suite features wooden furniture, high quality bed linen and accessories that create a cosy space. Sliding doors open onto the pool deck. Guest bedrooms two and three are tastefully decorated with well crafted furniture and high quality bed linen. Bedroom two offers a king sized bed and bedroom three has two single beds.
The outside area is accessed from the living area through wall-length sliding doors, opening out to the beautifully paved pool deck with loungers and sunbeds surrounding the 6m pool. The high walls create total privacy for you to unwind and relax under the Caribbean sun.
A walk or short drive away is the heart of Holetown with luxury shopping, coffee shops and an array of fine dining restaurants. The property is close to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Platinum coast.
Communal facilities include 24/7 security, a gym and club house.
