Description
This is one of the most exclusive villa rentals within the Sandy Lane Estate, consisting of five bedrooms and located just minutes from the west coast beaches. The house is set amongst vast landscaped gardens with views of the golf course and turquoise ocean.On entrance through large electric gates, you are met with this impressive looking house, two driveways, a double garage and plenty of parking.
Inside the house there is a large entrance hall leading to the main living room with bright white decor, high quality furnishings and comfortable sofas. There is also a reading area here which is perfect for those wanting to relax with a book. A smaller lounge can also be found on the ground floor which is a cozy area with large TV and sofas. The impressive kitchen is well equipped with top of the range appliances and central island. There is also a fitness room with treadmill, Peloton bike and weights for those looking to get their workout in.
There are four bedrooms on the ground floor, all with king size beds, dressing areas, ensuite bathrooms and TVs. Two of the bedrooms have doors leading outside and the other two have arched windows providing wonderful views.
Upstairs, the master bedroom spans across the whole top floor and boasts a four-post bed, private office, walk-in wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and two private terraces.
The outside area of this property is just as impressive as the interior. Here you have a large dining terrace with beautiful alfresco dining table, perfect for evening meals, along with a separate entertaining terrace with comfortable seating, high vaulted ceilings and fully fitted drinks bar. This is the perfect place to socialize, entertain and dance the night away. The large pool is surrounded with loungers and tropical plants and there are plenty of shaded areas for those wanting to cool off from the afternoon sun.
Just minutes from beautiful West Coast beaches, guests also have access to the Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club’s private cabanas, tennis courts and golf course. Guests also have access to the villa’s private golf cart which is available for the short ride down to the club.
