6 bedroom villa in the Royal Westmoreland Golf and Country Club.The villa boasts an impressive entrance hall with double staircase, from here you have the living room and one of the many dining areas. This dining area has a double height ceiling and steps take you down to the large living room with ample seating and doors to the terrace.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
The terrace offers a further area for dining alfresco and a seating area.
The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms, and the lower level has a further 2 bedrooms. the master is located on the first floor and has access to a large private terrace with views of the pool and sea. All bedrooms have air conditioning and their own en-suites.
The lower level of the property also has an entertainment room with TV and pool table.
Outside there is a large private pool, pool deck with sun loungers and parasols and stairs down to the manicured gardens
Guests have full use of the on-site facilities at Westmoreland (additional charge) which comprises of a world championship 18 hole golf course, pro shop, open-plan styled clubhouse with an excellent restaurant and bar open for lunch and dinner. The development also includes a communal swimming pool with children’s section, fitness centre and championship tennis courts with floodlighting.
You will also have access to the Mullins Bay Beach Club where there is a second gym as well as a beauty spa / salon and beach bar with restaurant – beach chairs are also available for the guests or members of the club.
Staff include:
Maid – 12:00 pm - 8:00pm
Chef – 8.30am - 1.30pm and 5.30pm - 8.30pm. Winter bookings only.
Housekeeper – 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
