Description
This villa can be offered as a three or four bedroom property and is situated just minutes away from the centre of Holetown with a superb selection of beaches, fine dining, shopping, popular bars, and coffee shops.A contemporary open-plan layout gives this villa a fresh, bright and spacious feel. The living space is light and relaxing with meticulously chosen furnishings that capture the Caribbean spirit. Italian porcelain tiles throughout the villa are accentuated by natural-coloured rugs and the walls hold local and international works of art.
The living room features a 75 inch LG TV, coffee table and a comfortable sofa along with floor to ceiling windows providing natural light throughout.
The fully equipped kitchen features Quartz granite countertops and Bosch appliances providing everything you will need to cook up a feast. A chef or cook can be provided on request.
Sliding doors take you from the internal living and kitchen space out to the covered dining terrace with eight-seater dining table and chairs. A corner sectional sofa is ideal for lounging with a book or your morning coffee. The dining area flows into the courtyard with a sun deck, lounge furniture and private pool. An outdoor shower is also situated here.
Back inside, the master suite is calm and contemporary with kingsize bed and large ensuite bathroom. Sliding doors lead from here onto the sun deck with the pool just steps away. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms and bedroom 4 has twin beds (can be made into double) and a family bathroom with overhead shower. All guest bedrooms come complete with TVs, fast-speed internet, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Communal facilities include a clubhouse, air-conditioned gym, shared community vegetable and herb garden, and onsite concierge.
There are two parking spots provided for the villa and additional parking is available on site.
