A luxurious and imposing villa, situated on the West Coast of Barbados in the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Golf Resort. Electric gates invite you to a long, sweeping driveway, lined with mature gardens and Imperial Palms, an Italian fountain and several cascading water features.

Enter this stunning villa via French floor to ceiling glass doors and into the central courtyard, from where this exceptional property can be explored.

Traditional features and quality contemporary style furniture provides a mix of old and new. There is a fully equipped kitchen with bar stools, and a spacious dining room opening out to the beautiful pool deck and BBQ areas. A substantial modern and yet comfortable living room with TV also takes you onto the large pool deck with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are also three large ensuite bedrooms on this floor, each with a private terrace.

Upstairs, the entire top floor accommodates the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobes and spacious terrace providing superb sea and garden views. In addition to the internal stairs, the balcony and master bedroom suite can also be accessed via an external staircase leading from the pool and decking.

The lower level includes an additional guest apartment with its own entrance, large bedroom, open plan living area, ensuite bathroom and private dressing room. Also on this level is a large TV room, gym and an adjacent games room with pool table, air hockey, table tennis and table football. There is also a bar/relaxation area situated on this level.

Outside, the huge pool, with one of a kind dolphin mosaic features, helps set the scene for this luxurious tropical escape. Surrounded by loungers and chillout areas, this is the perfect place to relax. From the pool deck guests can take steps down to the gazebo, a perfect spot for late night drinks.

A separate, well appointed, one bedroom cottage, with its own secluded terrace, is located in the tropical gardens.

Whilst fully updated with a modern contemporary theme throughout, the villa is located in one of the few original resort home positions, ensuring privacy. The property is a few minutes walk or golf buggy drive to the club house with bar/restaurant or the member’s sanctuary with a large pool, full gym and informal bar/restaurant. Other amenities include the famous championship 18 hole golf course, tennis and, of course, the beach club at Mullins with beach chairs and umbrellas and the new Larry Roger’s beach bar and restaurant.
