The property is split into 3 properties. The first is the main villa comprising of 6 bedrooms. The second is the pool house with a further 2 bedrooms. There is also a charming garden cottage with the final 2 bedrooms.

The main villa has two wings, a living area opening up to a covered patio, kitchen and courtyard. There is also a loggia and bar area overlooking the front and back gardens.
The 6 bedrooms are all en-suite and are set out as follows:

Main House Bedroom 3 - King
Main House Bedroom 4 - Twin (can be converted to a King)
Main House Bedroom 5 - Twin (can be converted to a King)

The pool house offers a spacious living area with doors to the pool deck and gardens as well as 2 bedrooms. The first is an en-suite king and the second is a twin with en-suite (can be converted to a king)

The cottage hosts the final 2 bedrooms, one king and the other a twin (can be coverted to a king) each with en-suites.

Outside there is a private pool and large gardens to explore.
Finally there is a private fully equipped gym.

Staff include:
Butler - 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm.
• Housekeeper - 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm.
• Cook - 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm.
• Laundress hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
