4 Bedroom villa in the Sugar Hill Resort.On entering the villa via the large glass doors, you have access through the terrace overlooking the pool and ocean, the dual staircases lead down to the pool. To the left of the terrace, you have the formal dining room with glass table seating 12, this room transforms into an alfresco dining area as 3 of the walls offer folding glass doors out to the wrap around terrace. Adjacent to this dining area there is a fully fitted kitchen with two wine coolers and dumb waiter for hassle-free transfer of meals to the dining area on the pool level.
The lower level comprises of the living area with comfortable furnishings, TV, Bose surround speakers and a bar for your convenience. This room leads to the pool deck.
There are 4 en-suite bedrooms, all located on the ground floor. The master features a living room with TV and Bose surround speakers.
Outside the pol deck offers ample loungers, 2 gazebos with surround sound and 1 of which has a kitchenette. The large pool looks towards the gardens and ocean. Furthermore there is a putting green.
