6 bedroom beachfront villa in Derricks, St James.

This impressive villa boasts the most incredible sea views from inside and outside the villa.
On entering the villa via the grand entrance hall there is a spacious and airy living room with access out to the covered terrace which features a bar, seating area and dining table for 12 guests.
The villa has a further TV/media room, formal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Not to forget the fitness room with ocean views.

There are 5 bedrooms in the main villa. Each room offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and terrace access with sea views. The master also boasts a walk-in wardrobe and private terrace with breath-taking sea views.
The final bedroom is located in a self contained apartment within the ground of the property and have twin beds.

Outside there is a large, infinity pool with table and sunken seating to enjoy a drink at whilst cooling off and taking in the sea views.
The garden consists of a Koi fish pond and zen gardens as well as private access to a secluded beach.

Please note that these services are from an independent provider and are not associated with Haven on Earth. Your contract will be with the provider of these services and not through Haven on Earth.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
