7 bedroom villa in the Sandy Lane Estate

The villa comprises of multiple living spaces for both small and large groups, this includes the media room and main living room with doors to the covered terrace.
The terrace boasts further seating, dining table and bar.
The spacious fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a central island with 2 wine coolers. A cosy breakfast room is located adjacent to the kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all of which are en-suite and have assess to the open air patio overlooking the garden.
The other 2 bedrooms in the main villa are located on the first floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. The first of which is the master suite with sitting area, walk in wardrobe, and a private patio overlooking the golf course. The second room is a double with en-suite.

Located on the grounds there is a guest cottage with a further 2 en-suite, double bedrooms. the cottage also has a living area with TV and kitchen.

Outside you have a large infinity pool and ample sun loungers.
Finally, there is a Astroturf tennis and paddle court as well as a private gym.

Villa guests have access to the Sandy Lane beach club

Staff include:
Villa Manager – Visits property regularly and available on demand
Butler – Only included in Winter bookings. 7 days a week. 8:30 am and prepares breakfast
Housekeeper/Laundress – 7 days per week. 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Additional Housekeeper/Laundress included if needed
Chef – 7 days a week. Prepares up to 2 meals a day, lunch and dinner

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
