On entering the villa there is an open plan living/dining room with comfortable sofas, 60-inch TV and round dining table with chairs to seat 6. This room as with the rest of the villa is bright and airy due to the large glass windows and doors which surround the rooms. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a large central island, further dining table, and doors out to the terrace.
There are 3 bedrooms, all of which are spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has access to the garden. The further 2 bedrooms are located on first floor and have access to the first-floor terrace.
Outside there is a terrace with large infinity pool and sun loungers. There is also a lovely lawned garden, driveway and garage.
