Description
Luxury villa in Puerto Pollensa.The villa is just a short 10-minute walk from the centre of Port Pollensa and an additional 3-minute walk will take you to Puerto Pollensa's famous Pine-walk.
A long drive with an electric gate leads to the main entrance. There is also a very large underground parking area (4 cars) with direct access into the villa via steps leading into the lower hall.
Once entered the main front door you have a lofty entrance hall. On the ground level there is a pretty interior patio with a tall, exotic, coconut palm in the centre which grows up into the lounge level.
The lounge dining area occupies the central area of the villa. It has wide sofas and a plasma TV, on the same room the is a large dining table with 8 wooden chairs. Full-size glass sliding doors open out onto a stunning full-length covered terrace furnished with comfortable sofas and a large table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The bedrooms are all on the lower floor with three of them all opening out onto the pool and all with their own en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. All bedrooms have fully-integrated air conditioning and heating.
There is also a separate WC bathroom on the top level next to the lounge.
On this ground level there is also a separate utility room with a door out onto a small back patio area. There is also a side door on this level out to the pool and gardens.
Wooden steps lead down through the grass to the tiered landscaped lawns and pool terraces. There is a barbecue and table-tennis table is this area. The pool is a rectangular infinity style with full-width steps.
