Description

This lovely 3-bedroom villa is built as a traditional Mallorcan cottage with sandy, stone walls, wooden ceiling beams and a rustic tiled roof. It is a hidden gem between sloping hills and a mature garden.

Inside has comfortable and cosy living spaces. The living and dining areas have lots of windows bringing in lots of natural light. After a day in the sun you can relax in front of TV with a glass of wine or enjoy the outside patio with some al fresco dining.

The bedrooms are farmhouse style with low beams, terracotta floor tiles and wrought iron beds. There is one double room and 2 twin rooms. All have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms both with showers, basin and toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Outside is the large private pool (8.5m x 4.3m) with roman step access. There is plenty of surrounding lawn to sunbathe or the adjoining deck features an outdoor lounge, resting under the shade of a tree. If you prefer to sit in the shade there is a covered terrace with plenty of space and alfresco dining facilities and a brick built BBQ.

Off road parking is available and the villa has WIFI.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit will be required in all our properties. This will either be in the form of credit card details* or an amount** depending on the property.

* Your card will only be charged if you cause damage to the property.

** The damage deposit will be refunded on satisfactory check out up to 14 days after departure
