Description
This beautiful villa is a blend between modern and traditional design which will impress you as soon as you enter.The large living room is airy and relaxing with a flat screen TV, traditional fireplace, cosy sofas and chairs and solid wood roof beams creating a more traditional feel.
A separate dining room with large French windows creates light and an inviting area for the family to congregate for dinner around the solid wooden dining table and chairs. The dining room leads out onto the secluded and pretty terrace that features wooden decking and blooming plants as well as tables and chairs to relax and embrace the atmosphere and perhaps a spot of alfresco dining.
There is also a large double bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, and another twin in addition to a cloakroom and large laundry room with washing machine and plenty of hanging space.
The kitchen, designed by a chef, is not only attractive but practical too. It is fully equipped with an American style fridge freezer, 5 ring hob, microwave and Nespresso machine. A coal BBQ is also provided for your cooking needs.
Upstairs on the first floor at Villa Gotmar 35 there are three more bedrooms. The large double master bedroom features a four poster bed, huge walk in wardrobe and delightful en suite bathroom with new ?Äòrain?Äô head shower and his and hers basins... Large windows let in lots of light and the polished wooden floor adds a real touch of class.
Three additional twin bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests in comfort with the option to use the sofa bed in the entertainment area or additional camp beds if required.
There are two further bathrooms in addition to the master bedroom en suite; all feature charming bathroom furniture and accessories.
Outside, the villa has its own private heated pool and a charming garden area. You can enjoy the pool all year round, as well as the benefits of a high-pressure poolside massage shower. A pool table and seating area is also available downstairs in the converted garage for the enjoyment of everyone.
