5-bedroom front line villa in Puerto Pollensa.

On entering the villa via the front gates, you a driveway and terrace with table tennis table. You also have access into the villa and an external staircase to the first-floor terrace.
Through the front doors you have an open plan living/kitchen/diner. The living area has 2 sofas and a TV, this leads onto the dining area with table and chairs to seat 6. There is a well-equipped, modern kitchen and separate utility area. This room has doors out to the garden and pool.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom room 1 has twin beds and en-suite shower room, the second room has 3 single beds and en-suite bathroom. The final room is also a twin room with en-suite shower room.

Upstairs there are a further 2 bedrooms, both are twin rooms which share a shower room. there is a further full kitchen, breakfast table and seating area. There are doors which lead out to the first-floor terrace with seating areas, sun loungers and beautiful views.

Outside you have a private garden with dining table and chairs, private pool (6m x 4m) and a small lawned area.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
