Description
This contemporary villa is spacious and is set in a convenient location within walking distance of the beach and town.On the first floor there is an entrance hall with an interior courtyard and four double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which all have outstanding 180 degree sea views and this villa has been furnished with elegant furniture and comfortable beds.
Upstairs there is a bright living room and access to a covered terrace with amazing views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa.
There is also a dining room which leads into a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and a guest bathroom.
Outside there is a large 12x6m swimming pool and a balcony great for al fresco dining in the evening or sun soaking in the afternoon. If you prefer the sea over the properties huge swimming pool the beach is only 1km away!
