This wonderful villa is conveniently located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa. There is a supermarket, restaurant and bar just 200m from the villa with the resort centre, marina and beach being just 1.2km away.

Inside the villa there is a dining area with table and chairs. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances need. Also on the ground floor there is a large comfy lounge with a light and airy feel that has access to the outdoor terrace.

On the first floor you will find two spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning* and access to a beautiful balcony. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor which has air conditioning* and two shower rooms.

The villa has a beautiful outdoor area including covered and uncovered terraces and a brick built BBQ for al fresco dining. The large kidney shaped pool is surrounded by sun loungers, flower beds and shrubbery.

This is an ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, close to the facilities of the popular resort.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit will be required in all our properties. This will either be in the form of credit card details* or an amount** depending on the property.

* Your card will only be charged if you cause damage to the property.

** The damage deposit will be refunded on satisfactory check out up to 14 days after departure
