This villa is a beautiful, stone clad Mallorcan cottage situated in an enviable location in the countryside, yet nearby to Pollensa golf club and only a five kilometres drive to the delightful old town of Pollensa.
A short driveway leads up to the entrance of the property, resplendent with beautiful, antique, wooden doors, which in turn leads to the charming open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area.
The wonderful kitchen is both modern and fully equipped and comes with dishwasher, microwave and separate pantry. Furthermore, this villa also accommodates a dining table and chairs and a sitting area.
Off here, is the appealingly designed and tiled bathroom (with walk-in shower). Just next to the bathroom is a tastefully decorated double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
A staircase, with open horizontal bar handrail, leads up from the lounge to a mezzanine floor, housing a single bed.
Outside there is a stunning wrap around, covered terrace and a delightful pool area, from where lovely views of the surrounding area can be enjoyed. A lawned area and typical stoned patio surround the pool.
There is also an outhouse housing a washing machine.
This villa is a couples dream, pleasantly designed and perfectly positioned.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m with Roman Steps to get in.

STEP 3
Click the wishlist button at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.
STEP 4
We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.
We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00
Once you are happy with your selection and dates we will confirm your booking and take a 30% deposit via credit or debit card in £ Pounds sterling or Euros or via a bank transfer if you prefer.
