Description
Situated just a short drive from the historic town of Pollensa, this luxurious villa is an ideal choice for large families or groups looking for a tranquil place to relax, whilst only being a short drive away from shopping, towns and sandy beaches.Upon entering the big double doors, you come in to a bright and spacious open plan living/dining area with big sliding windows allowing plenty of natural light in.
The lounge area has a large, comfy corner sofa and a smaller two-seater surrounding a large coffee table and satellite TV.
From the large dinign table you have lovely views of the garden and pool area. If you fancy sitting outside why not take advantage of the outdoor covered dining area which has a big table and chairs perfect for enjoying al fresco meals with the family.
On the right-hand side of the entrance, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen which has all modern appliances allowing you to make all your favourite meals in style!
The kitchen features an induction hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a coffee machine and French press.
There is also a breakfast bar and a breakfast table.
You have access to the covered terrace and the laundry room with a washer and dryer via the kitchen.
This villa has 5 lovely bedrooms. Donwstairs is one of the en-suite double bedrooms with a bath and shower and access to the terrace and garden.
Next to this bedroom there is a toilet.
Going up the spiralled staircase you will reach a walkway with decorated walls and two lounge chairs. Large windows allow natural light to reach even this level.
On the left-hand side you will find the master suite featuring a large double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in wardrobe and a private balcony.
On the right side are the 3 remaining bedrooms ?Äì two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom and a small private terrace and one double bedrooms with a small en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
The outside area offers a large lawn and a swimming pool (13x6m) surrounded by wooden decking with sun loungers. There are also a ping-pong table and a children?Äôs play house.
The previously mentioned covered terrace has both dining and lounge furniture and a portable gas barbeque.
All bathrooms have a hair drier and towels.
The closest supermarket is 3.5km away.
