This is a fantastic villa built in traditional Mallorcan style, and just a ten minute stroll from the delightful old town of Pollensa.

The villa boasts fantastic design and d?©cor both inside and outside of the property with a combination of top quality furnishings and modern art.

A covered porch leads into the villa and French doors into the open-plan lounge/dining room which is stylishly decorated in a contemporary colour scheme. The circular dining table and chairs serve to enhance the overall effect. The dining room leads to the kitchen, ample in size with its modern marble island in the centre. There is also a tasteful wall oven and large fridge/freezer.

The villa has a double bedroom with en suite full bathroom, a twin bedroom, a shower room and an alcove housing a washing machine.

The unique curved pool and patio is surrounded on three sides by lawn and is a perfect relaxing and taking in the wonderful views of the countryside and mountains. There is also a brick built BBQ and dining table for al fresco meals.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
