The property has a lovely blend of whitewashed walls and exposed stone along with splashes of colour provided by hand-woven textiles. The living room is especially comfortable with white designer furniture and a large satellite TV to enjoy.
The kitchen/dining room is a lovely area to congregate and enjoy a meal together. The kitchen benefits from all the latest appliances.
The hidden gem of this townhouse is your own private swimming pool to cool off in.
There are two bedrooms which both have en-suites. The large master bedroom is a delight. There is a double bed, chest of drawers, armchair, wardrobe and writing bureau. It also has access to the terrace which catches the sun throughout the day and leads to the garden. The en-suite bathroom has a full-length shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and benefits from a bath and shower in the en-suite. There is a further WC downstairs.
The townhouse benefits from underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators upstairs during the cooler months. The house is also air conditioned throughout keeping you comfortable in the hot weather.
WIFI is provided and there is on street parking outside.
