Description
Set in an excellent location and enjoying stunning views this single storey villa is located just outside the old town of Pollensa. The property is also just a short drive away from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the long stretch of beach at Puerto Pollensa.The entrance door opens straight into a modern, open plan lounge/dining area with large sofas and contemporary d?©cor. Double doors from the dining area lead out to the covered terrace which has a table and chairs and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. There is also an impressive stone BBQ for al fresco dining.
The modern and well-equipped, open-plan kitchen has a breakfast bar and plenty of cupboards and storage space. There is also a door from here that opens up onto the outside terrace.
All three bedrooms are spacious and include fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom (with walk-in shower) and the stylish double bedroom has an en suite shower room.
There is a utility room with washing machine located just off the terrace which also houses a walk-in shower and WC.
From the terrace you can enjoy breath taking views as far as the Bay of Pollensa.
