Description
This is a lovely family villa just a short drive to Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Alcudia. The home is the perfect combination of modern and rustic style, without compromising the Mallorcan feel to it. It is full of natural light and immaculately kept by the owners.It has 4 bedrooms; master bedroom, 1 double, 1 twin and room with 2 single beds. 3 bathrooms; 2 en-suites and 1 full bathroom. The double bedroom is on the lower level making it suitable for guests with limited mobility.
All the bedrooms have A/C. The rest of the house does not have A/C, but is kept cool by the fresh outdoor breeze.
The villa has a fully-fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, toaster, espresso machine, dishwasher, island and separate breakfast area for 4. It has direct access to a covered terrace patio with built in BBQ. There is also a large living room with direct access to the covered terraces and pool area; satellite/cable TV included. There is a studio/reading room where one can relax and unwind, a dining room for 8 and a utility room.
Outside has a large private pool with roman steps and jacuzzi water jets in the shallow end (12m x 4m). The pool is surrounded by lawn making it ideal for children. The villa has fantastic outside dining/lounge areas to enjoy al fresco dining and long summer evenings. There is a separate side with built in BBQ. A billiards table is also available.
