The villa is the perfect combination of traditional Mallorcan and contemporary. The villa is situated right next to the well known Mallorcan landmark, the Calvari steps, which are 365 steps to the small chapel. The walk into town is up and down the Calvari steps.Upper floor:
Entrance, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, W.C. and double bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Lower floor:
One double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room. Also on this floor is a laundry room and a bathroom with separate shower.
Outside:
Private swimming pool (9 x 4m - depths 1.35m - 2.3m), garden, terraces, dining areas.
Small car recommended as narrow path and streets to villa.
Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.

Please Note: Due to the exposed staircase on one side and other architectural features, this villa is not recommended for toddlers or those uneasy on their feet.
